iPhone, Android apps from PDFs?

Looking to create standalone apps for iPhone, Android phones, and Android tablets that will present a digital replica of a booklet based on PDFs from the printed version.

I have access to Adobe DPS but I understand it only produces standalone (aka "single folio") apps for the iPad -- so I'm covered there, but need to do the same thing for those other platforms. I prefer a Mac tool but could use a PC one if necessary; this looks like it would work (for Android at least) but it doesn't cover iPhone.
